| 05/10/2010 "Antitrust complaint against MEAG, a $4.7 billion non-profit energy supplier corporation to 49 Georgia cities." DERA started out in the year 2004 representing only DERA electricity/utility members - 20-700. Then DERA added the whole city of Douglas, Georgia's black complainants utility consumers - 2,700 to represent. Then DERA added up to 500,000 state of Georgia blacks in 49 cities, Georgia blacks under the Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG) umbrella cities to represent in a violation of antitrust complaint against MEAG. Now DERA is representing millions of poor vulnerable Public Housing Authority tenants, black and white, in all 50 United States of America's cities nation-wide living in every Public Housing Authority project in America. DERA's God given mission, daunting and awesome task is to compel every Public Housing Authority management in the nation, who is out of compliance with HUD's federal laws/rules/regulations which require annual energy audits and accurate monthly utility allowance payments to Public Housing Authority tenants, to make them pay back and reimburse every single dollar owed to every single tenant in every single Public Housing Authority project in every city in every state in America!
